Dublin Leading Through Conflict Workshop
This workshop will introduce the basic principles and methodologies of conflict resolution. Using a combination of presentation, discussion, self-assessment and case study, the workshop explores both the theology and practice of conciliation and walks participants through the 5 stages of an effective conflict transformation process.
Leading through Conflict is in partnership with The Saint Patrick Foundation and the Irish Bible Insitute.
It will be facilitated by Keith McCrory. Keith is originally from the North West of Ireland and now leads Maynooth Community Church in Maynooth in Co Kildare. Having completed his doctorate on Conflict and Church Development at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, just outside Los Angeles, he has been actively involved in formal and community conciliation work both in Ireland and other settings. Since 2007 Keith has been the chairman of the Saint Patrick Foundation (SPF) which is a reconciliation ministry based around the life and legacy of St Patrick. The SPF Conciliation Service is a division of that ministry and the Leading through Conflict Seminar a part of its leadership training programme.
